Ingredients
One 9-inch Best Ever Pastry shell
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons brandy
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
Sweetened whipped cream
Instructions:

Prepare pastry shell and set aside. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, brandy, and salt. Beat for 2 minutes and stir in walnuts. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until filling is set. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. An exciting alternative to pecan pie that is quick, easy and a real show-stopper. Perfect for the holidays.

Serves: 6 to 8
