Brandied lemon butter details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon rind
- 2 lemons (juice of 2 lemons)
- 3 ounces brandy (or rum)
