Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bran
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup boiled raisins (optional)
Instructions:

Mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine and mix remaining ingredients except raisins. Fold raisins into dry ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. Pour into muffin pans with baking cups. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes: 2 dozen big muffins
