|150 g||yellow mustard seed|
|50 g||brown mustard seed|
|2 tsp||coriander seed|
|200 ml||white wine vinegar|
|pulp of a vanilla pod|
In a mortar, pestle the seeds. Transfer into a blender, add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Allow to soak uncovered over night.
Fill the mustard into sterilized jars with screw caps and store on a cool dark place.
