- Ingredients:
- 2 cups grits
- 1-1/2 quarts water
- 12 ounces boursin (garlic herb cheese)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup butter
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- paprika
Cook grits in water. Add boursin, milk, egg, and butter. Pour into a greased casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Delicious!
