A wonderful Southern tradition with a contemporary touch.… former innkeeper Barbara Barlow

Ingredients:
2 cups grits
1-1/2 quarts water
12 ounces boursin (garlic herb cheese)
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter
Parmesan cheese, grated
paprika

Cook grits in water. Add boursin, milk, egg, and butter. Pour into a greased casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Delicious!

Serves: 8
