This is a rub for pork, chicken and even beef. it has a wonderful flavor.
Ready in: 5 mins

Ingredients

Makes: 1 cup
  • 5 tbls white sugar
  • 5 tbls light brown sugar
  • 2 tbls kosher salt
  • 1 tbls onion powder
  • 1 tbls fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tbls paprika
  • 1 tbls garlic powder

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins

1. Combine all ingredients together in an airtight container and shake well to mix.
2. Allow 1 day for flavors to blend.
3. Always rub meat then wrap in plastic and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to blend in the meat before cooking.
