Ingredients
100 g | sugar |
60 ml | water |
60 ml | corn syrup |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
300 g | blueberries |
Instructions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan. Add water, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir in blueberries.Cook on low-medium heat until thickened. Stir occasionally.
