Blueberry sauce recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Bring blueberries, sugar and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir cornstarch mixture, and add to above, then add lemon juice. Simmer 2 minutes while stirring. Cool sauce and chill until cold. May be made the day before and stored in covered container.
