Ingredients

250 ml water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
800 g blueberries
sugar, to taste

Instructions

Combine water, lemon juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Mix well. Add blueberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add sugar, to taste. Mix well and pour over pancakes.
