Ingredients
250 ml | water |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
800 g | blueberries |
sugar, to taste |
Instructions
Combine water, lemon juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Mix well. Add blueberries and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add sugar, to taste. Mix well and pour over pancakes.Preparation time:
