Blueberry Pudding recipe
Ingredients
300 g | blueberries |
natural yogurt |
Instructions
Bring water to boil, add blueberries and turn heat down to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until soft.
Strain through a sieve and reserve some of the liquid. Put blueberries in a blender and process until smooth. Add a bit of liquid and yogurt and process to desired consistency.
