Ingredients
200 g | blueberries, fresh or thawed, washed, drained |
60 ml | apricot jam |
350 ml | vanilla ice cream |
4 tbsp | peanuts, chopped, optional |
Instructions
Combine blueberries and jam in a saucepan and cook over low heat, for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Blueberries should be well softened. Cover and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
To serve, take 4 dessert dishes and fill with a layer of the ice cream. Pour over blueberry sauce. Garnish with nuts, if desired.
