Ingredients

450 g fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
165 g light brown sugar
65 g flour
½ tsp cinnamon, ground
4 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
75 g rolled oats

Instructions

Grease a shallow 1.5 litre baking dish with butter or spray with vegetable cooking spray.

Spread the blueberries evenly over the bottom of the dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

In a bowl and using a fork, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, butter and rolled oats until well combined. Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries.

Bake in an oven at190°C/375° F until the top is golden and the blueberries are bubbling, about 30 minutes.

Serve at room temperature, taste terrific with vanilla ice cream.
