Blueberry crisp recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | fresh or frozen blueberries |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
165 g | light brown sugar |
65 g | flour |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
4 tbsp | unsalted butter, at room temperature |
75 g | rolled oats |
Instructions
Grease a shallow 1.5 litre baking dish with butter or spray with vegetable cooking spray.Spread the blueberries evenly over the bottom of the dish and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
In a bowl and using a fork, mix together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, butter and rolled oats until well combined. Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries.
Bake in an oven at190°C/375° F until the top is golden and the blueberries are bubbling, about 30 minutes.
Serve at room temperature, taste terrific with vanilla ice cream.
