Blueberry cake with cinnamon topping recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | blueberries |
60 g | butter |
150 g | sugar |
1 medium | egg |
200 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
½ tsp | salt |
120 ml | milk |
For the topping: | |
60 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
30 g | flour |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.Cream together butter, sugar and egg and beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries, toss well to combine and then pour into a greased square baking pan.
For the topping, combine topping ingredients and blend well to form crumbs.
Sprinkle topping crumbs over batter and bake for 30-35 minutes.
