- Ingredients for Cake:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 pint blueberries
- Streusel Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup soft butter

Grease a 9-inch square pan; preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine and cream the sugar, butter, egg, and milk. Sift in and combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in blueberries. Combine streusel ingredients and put on top of batter. Bake for 45 minutes.
