Blue cheese dip recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | cream cheese at room temperature |
100 g | honey |
¼ tsp | ginger, ground or a tiny amount of fresh grated |
75 g | blue cheese, crumbled |
2 tbsp | lemon, juice |

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl, except for the blue cheese.Use mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in blue cheese with a spoon until well mixed.
Cover and chill for 2 hours in fridge.
Serve with fresh vegetable platter or with fruits like pears, apples (drip some lemon juice on to prevent browning), strawberries, etc.
