Blue cheese crab quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 1 cup krab, crumbled (imitation crab)
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped fine
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Spread krab, cheeses and onions in crust. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
