115 g | blue cheese |
60 g | butter |
50 g | flour, all-purpose |
90 g | pecans, chopped |
Instructions
In a bowl cream together cheese and butter. Add flour and pecans. Mix well.Form into 36 balls and bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
Cheese balls may be frozen, but to be served warm.
