Blackberry cordial details
- Ingredients
- 2 pints blackberries, fresh or frozen without sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quart vodka
Combine all ingredients in a large jar with a tight seal. Stir frequently for a day or two until the sugar is all dissolved. Place in a cold dark place, stirring once a week, for 2 months. Strain through a fine sieve into clean, glass bottles. Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.
