Ingredients

120 g black olives, stones removed and sliced
10 g parsley, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt

Instructions

Put the the olives, oil, balsamic vinegar and parsley in a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread on toast or serve as a dip with crudités.
