9 lasagna noodles
Two 15-ounce cans of black beans, rinsed and drained (1 can mashed)
Non-stick cooking spray
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
Two 15-ounce cans low-sodium tomato sauce or tomato sauce with seasoning
1/4 cup snipped cilantro
One 12-ounce container low-fat cottage cheese
One 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup light dairy sour cream

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
