Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1 hour | Extra time: 10 mins, resting1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Form into loaf shape, place in glass baking dish. Cover with ketchup.
3. Bake until a meat thermometer reads at least 160 degrees F, about an hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes to allow juices to settle before slicing.
