Beer pizza dough recipe details
This makes a tasty and easy-to-work-with pizza dough in your bread machine. Knead and roll with liberal flour. You can top it with you favorite toppings, bake it (ideally on a pizza stone) and serve; or, bake by itself, then top and freeze for later.

Ingredients
Serves: 16- 1 cup beer, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 2/3 cups white flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon yeast
- pinch of dried oregano
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Put beer, olive oil, sugar, salt, flour, yeast, and oregano in a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting, and press Start.
2. Remove dough from bread machine when cycle is complete. Divide the dough into two pieces. Roll or press dough to cover a prepared pizza pan, then poke with fork. Top with your favorite toppings and bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
