Ingredients

1 medium egg
100 g flour
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
small amount of your favourite beer

Instructions

Let beer go flat and then mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Rinse your favourite fish and then pat dry with paper towels. Dip in batter and fry.
