Ingredients
4 | beef tenderloin steaks, thick cut |
1 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Remove the beef from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before cooking. Preheat the oven to 90░C.In a saucepan, fry the garlic in oil until lucent. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes each side.
Place on a baking tray and leave in the oven approximately 10 minutes if you like your steak rare, 30 minutes for medium or 50 minutes for well done.
