Beef and corn chowder recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | minced beef |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
400 g | potatoes, peeled, diced |
400 ml | beef broth |
450 g | sweet corn |
180 ml | water |
¼ tsp | dried basil |
Cheddar cheese, grated | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Brown beef and onion, then drain. Transfer to crockpot and stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and cook on a high setting for 3-4 hours.To serve, sprinkle with grated cheese.
