Ingredients
2 large can(s) | Cannellini beans, 300g each, drained & rinsed |
200 g | full-fat soft cheese |
grated zest of 1/2 lemon | |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
salt & pepper | |
3 tbsp | capers, drained & chopped |
3 | spring onions, trimmed & chopped |
toast, to serve |
Instructions
Whizz the beans in a food processor until almost smooth with the soft cheese, lemon zest and juice. Season. Add the capers and spring onions and chill.Serve with toast.
