Ingredients

2 large can(s) Cannellini beans, 300g each, drained & rinsed
200 g full-fat soft cheese
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper
3 tbsp capers, drained & chopped
3  spring onions, trimmed & chopped
toast, to serve

Instructions

Whizz the beans in a food processor until almost smooth with the soft cheese, lemon zest and juice. Season. Add the capers and spring onions and chill.

Serve with toast.
