Bbq fish in aluminium foil recipe details
Ingredients
4 piece(s) | fish, (like trout, snapper or salmon trout) |
2 | lemons |
some | parsley |
some | thyme |
some | dill |
some | chives |
some | spinach |
some | butter |
salt | |

aluminium foil |
Instructions
Wash the fish carefully and dry it on kitchen paper.Cut the lemon into slices.
Chop all the herbs and mix them with a little butter to a paste.
Fill the belly of the fish with this paste, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut aluminium foil into squares slightly bigger than the fish. Add a knob of butter to the foil and put the fish onto it.
Wrap the foil up into a small packet and grill for 20-40 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
Serve with homemade mayonnaise or aioli.
