Ingredients
20 leaves | fresh basil, finely chopped |
350 ml | mayonnaise |
2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
Instructions
Boil some water in a saucepan and blanch basil leaves for 30 seconds and drain.Transfer leaves to bowl filled with ice water to cool. Drain and pat the leaves dry.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and cayenne in medium bowl. Add basil and gently toss.
