Basil and Olive Pesto recipe
|1 bunch(es)||fresh basil|
|150 g||green olives, pitted|
|200 ml||olive oil|
Fill all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Fill into clean glasses and cover with a film of olive oil. Can be stored for up to two months.
Mix the pesto with pasta or use as a marinade for meat. Or spread the pesto onto rolled out bread dough, roll up and bake. This will make a good garlic and olive bread.
