150 g | green olives, pitted |
5 clove(s) | garlic |
200 ml | olive oil |
Instructions
Fill all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Fill into clean glasses and cover with a film of olive oil. Can be stored for up to two months.Note:
Mix the pesto with pasta or use as a marinade for meat. Or spread the pesto onto rolled out bread dough, roll up and bake. This will make a good garlic and olive bread.
