Basa fillet breaded with almonds recipe details
Ingredients
4 | Basa fillets |
4 tbsp | almond flakes |
4 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | butter |
4 tbsp | flour |
1 | egg |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 | lemon, in wedges |
Instructions
Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Break the egg into a soup plate and whisk slightly with a fork. In another plate fill some flour and in a third combine the breadcrumbs with the almond flakes. Turn the fish fillets first in the flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumb and almond mixture.In a pan, heat the butter. Fry the fillets on both sides until golden.
Serve with lemon wedges.
