Ingredients

4  Basa fillets
4 tbsp almond flakes
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
1  egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
1  lemon, in wedges

Instructions

Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Break the egg into a soup plate and whisk slightly with a fork. In another plate fill some flour and in a third combine the breadcrumbs with the almond flakes. Turn the fish fillets first in the flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumb and almond mixture.

In a pan, heat the butter. Fry the fillets on both sides until golden.

Serve with lemon wedges.
