Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter, softened
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
2 large bananas, mashed
1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Instructions:

Beat together butter, sugar, water, and eggs. Stir in bananas. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir into banana mixture just until blended. Spread batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle batter with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Top with walnuts and press lightly into batter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves: 10
