Ingredients
60 g | butter, unsalted |
4 medium | bananas, peeled, sliced |
60 g | sugar |
¼ tsp | ground cinnamon |
⅛ tsp | ground nutmeg |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
60 g | pecan halves |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large pan and cook the bananas slices in the hot butter, stirring, for about 2 minutes, until bananas begin to soften.Add the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook until the sugar dissolves and begins to caramelize, about 2-3 minutes. Add the vanilla. Add pecan halves just before serving.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
