Banana pancakes recipe details
Ingredients
2 | eggs |
250 ml | milk |
2 | bananas, peeled and sliced |
4 tbsp | almond flakes |
4 tbsp | chocolate flakes |
125 g | flour |
½ tsp | baking powder |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
4 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Sieve the flour with the baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the milk and the salt. Whisk in the eggs. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the butter. Add ¼ of the bananas and 1 tablespoon of the almond flakes. Pour over ¼ of the batter. Fry the pancake until set and golden on both sides. Repeat the procedure until all is used up.
Serve the pancakes sprinkled with chocolate flakes.
