Banana nut muffins, recipe Rating: 4.5

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 Tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:

Cream oil, sugar, and eggs in mixer; beat well. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, and salt; add to banana mixture. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
