Banana nut muffins details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
