Banana ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
6 large | bananas |
250 g | sugar |
250 ml | condensed milk |
120 ml | water |
juice of 1 lemon |
Instructions
Combine banana, lemon juice and sugar in a blender and process for 15-20 secons.Pour into a bowl and leave for half an hour. Add milk and water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour cold mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
