Banana fudge ice cream dessert recipe details
Ingredients
3 | ripe bananas, peeled |
400 ml | sweetened condensed milk |
2 tbsp | corn syrup |
1 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
300 g | bittersweet chocolate chips |
1 | banana, to garnish |
Instructions
Place 3 bananas, 300ml condensed milk, corn syrup and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to an icecream box. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.For the hot chocolate sauce, heat 100ml sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon water in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth, adding more water by teaspoonfuls if the sauce is too thick.
Divide ice cream among 6 bowls. Drizzle over the sauce and top with the sliced or diced banana!
