2 tbsp | curd cheese, low fat |
300 ml | cold milk |
Instructions
Peel the banana, break in pieces and place in a blender. Juice the orange and add juice and pulp to the banana. Add curd cheese and milk and process until smooth.Serve in a beverage glass.
