Banana and apple smoothie recipe details
Ingredients
4 | ripe bananas, halved |
2 | apples, peeled and coarsely grated |
30 ml | honey |
300 ml | plain yoghurt |
30 ml | peanut butter |
400 ml | low-fat milk |
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1-2 minutes.Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Variation:Blend all ingredients together with crushed ice and serve as a refreshing cold summer drink.
