Ingredients
1 medium | sweet potato |
2 medium | carrots, peeled, sliced |
3 tbsp | milk |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Wash and dry the sweet potato and prick all over with a fork. Bake in the oven until tender, about 45 minutes.
Boil the carrots until tender, about 20 minutes.
Cut potato in half and scoop out the flesh.
Combine potato and carrots with the milk in a blender and process until puréed.
