4 | eggs |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
freshly grated Cheddar cheese | |
1 tsp | instant vegetable stock |
3 sprig(s) | parsley |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the stems of the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms upside down on a lined baking tray.Break the eggs into a bowl. Whisk in the garlic and the instant vegetable stock. Spoon the egg mixture into the mushrooms and sprinkle generously with the cheese. Bake the mushrooms until golden brown.
Serve the mushrooms garnished with parsley.
