Baked Puff Pastry with Camembert and Apricot recipe

|salt and pepper|
|250 g||Camembert cheese|
|4||apricots, cored, cut in halves|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the pastry sheets on a baking tray, lined with baking paper, and let defrost. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the Camembert into 8 slices and place one slice in the middle of each pastry sheet. Place half an apricot on top, fold over the pastry and press together the edges to seal the packages tightly.
Bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
