Baked ham and eggs recipe details
Ingredients
1 tsp | black pepper, freshly ground |
500 g | Gouda cheese, grated |
300 g | cooked ham, cubed |
8 medium | eggs |
480 ml | milk |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | Tabasco sauce |
50 g | onions, chopped |
1 tsp | mustard |
some | fresh parsley |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Place the ham cubes and the cheese in a greased and floured baking pan and mix gently.
In a bowl mix together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and onions. Pour the mixture evenly over the ham and cheese. Bake for 55-65 minutes until golden.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
