Ingredients

120 g butter, melted
240 ml maple syrup
4  bananas
For the basic pancake batter:
120 g flour
1 pinch(es) salt
2 medium eggs
200 ml milk
75 ml water
60 g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Brush sides of an ovenproof pan with melted butter. Add syrup and let cool a couple of minutes.

Slice bananas evenly and cover entire bottom of pan with bananas. Mix all ingredients together for the batter and pour over bananas and spread evenly.

Bake in oven for about 30 minutes until top browns. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

To serve, invert onto a large platter and dust with powdered sugar.
