Baked apples with walnuts and brandy cream recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 6 large apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Brandy Cream:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brandy
Scoop out the inside of the apples and place on a baking sheet. Mix together walnuts, raisins, butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Fill each apple with walnut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are soft. Top with Brandy Cream.
Brandy Cream: Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer or whisk until fluffy.
