Ingredients

8 slice(s)	bacon
60 g	bread crumbs
1 tbsp	mustard powder
1 medium	egg

Instructions

Combine the bread crumbs, egg and mustard. Mix well.

Put slices of bacon in a baking pan.

Sprinkle mixture on each slice of bacon.

Put baking pan in oven and cook for about 6 minutes.

Serve.
