Bacon and egg wraps recipe details
Ingredients
1 medium | onion(s), finely chopped |
1 tbsp | butter or margarine |
6 medium | egg(s) |
5 | green bell peppers |
1 tbsp | milk |
5 tsp | salt |
25 tsp | pepper |
250 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
200 g | cooked bacon, sliced and crumbled |
4 | Tortilla wraps |
Instructions
Put onion in a non-stick frying pan and sauté onion and green pepper until tender.In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and peppers. Pour the vegetable mix in the frying pan and sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Stir gently and cook over medium heat.
Spoon equal amounts into each Tortilla, fold sides and serve.
