Bacon and egg croissant recipe details
Ingredients
2 | croissants, halved |
2 | eggs |
2 slice(s) | bacon |
2 slice(s) | Cheddar cheese |
1 | tomato, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
1 tsp | butter |
paprika powder |
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm.Beat the eggs ito the pan and fry until the egg whites are set. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the tomato slices and fry over high heat for a minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Layer onto the base of the croissants the bacon, cheese, tomatoes and fried eggs. Cover with the upper halves and serve immediately.
