This simple addition to your buffet table is quick and easy.
- Baby red potatoes
- Sour cream
- Red and black caviar
Lightly simmer baby red potatoes for about 8 minutes or until soft. Drain, rinse, and cool. Cut each baby potato in half and top with a teaspoon of sour cream and a soupcon (a small measure) of alternating red and black caviar.
