Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound fresh baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 6 mins1. Set carrots in a glass bowl and drizzle with water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for about 5 minutes, until fork-tender. Pour off water.
