Avocado with smoked salmon and balsamic dressing recipe details
Ingredients
2 | avocados, cut in half, pitted, peeled and sliced |
100 g | smoked salmon, cut into thin stripes |
For the Dressing: | |
15 ml | balsamic vinegar |
45 | olive oil |
1 tsp | sugar |
grated zest of 1 orange | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Arrange the slices of each avocado half in a fan and sprinkle with smoked salmon strips. Repeat this for the remaining avocado halves.Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a lid and shake.
Drizzle the dressing over each avocado. Serve.
