Ingredients

2	avocados, cut in half, pitted, peeled and sliced
100 g	smoked salmon, cut into thin stripes
	For the Dressing:
15 ml	balsamic vinegar
45	olive oil
1 tsp	sugar
	grated zest of 1 orange
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Arrange the slices of each avocado half in a fan and sprinkle with smoked salmon strips. Repeat this for the remaining avocado halves.

Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar with a lid and shake.

Drizzle the dressing over each avocado. Serve.
